Some of your stuff does carry over (equipment unlocks, badges, ranks, etc) but the K/D ratio, win.loss etc is platform specific (yes I and I suspect everyone who did the PS3->PS4 change had the same issue) - don't know if they will fix it but I highly doubt they will spend the time to do so
