Just to verify, here is a list of ports that may help:

Steam Ports:

27000-27015, 27015-27030, 4380, 3478, 4379, 4380, 1500, 3005, 3101, 28960 UDP

27015, 27014-27050 TCP

Call of Duty Ghosts PC Ports:

1116-1150, 28910 TCP

1116-1150, 5165, 27900, 27901 UDP

Have you tried power cycling your router? Do you have a static ip address set up for your computer? A static ip will help maintain stability for your network as well as prevent your from having to set up your ports in the future. Let me know if that helps!
