If your problems only surfaced after the patch then you have good reason to suspect it. Perhaps there is a conflict between it and your particular console. That would have to be the most frustrating kind of conflict out there because it would also be one of the hardest ones to isolate. I haven't had any issue with the patch so far. It plays exactly the same as it did before the patch. So maybe the patch is causing you problems and maybe not. It may very well be that your consoles network in your area is doing some maintenance (or more likely needs to do some maintenance) and your connection to them is suffering. I'm just spit balling here. Obviously I don't know exactly what is causing the issue or I'd gladly share it with you. Did you try BO2 and/or MW3 last night to compare or are you basing your situation on memory of past performance? If you did try them and then went back to Ghosts only to find the problem still there then you are probably correct and the patch has done something that doesn't work well with your situation. Good luck to you in getting it worked out. I know how frustrating it can be when your favorite game is lagging too bad to even play it.
