Graphics are great on ps4, though this is mainly experienced in single player game modes.
I have maybe run into 1-2 groups of hackers since christmas.
I think getting a ps4 is worth it, but don't make the mistake I did. Hold on to your ps3 for a bit until some more games are released (as in get a ps4, but don't sell your ps3 for a bit).
